  The location for down town Toronto is great. It is a good, clean, convenient and well run hotel with all suite which is comfortable but the bathrooms are boring and it is a bit pricy for the medium quality of the interior.

  I feel that the bathroom design and decor need upgrading and unti they are the rates are a little on the high side.

  The hotel was a great find in downtown Toronto. Friendly staff. Close to Hudson Bay Company and Eaton Center for shopping; easy walk to the St Lawrence Market (a must-do when in town). Cheaper parking than most at $25. Really nicely laid out suite (#1503) with very comfortable bed. Highly recommend

  Great location, quick walk to public transit. Staff wasvery friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

  I do not like the fridge filled up with very expensive juices, water and candy. It would be nice to have a stock of plastic cutlery and a few paper plates for use in the microwave.

  Entered at 3pm for check in, there was a line up of 12 people checking in at the same time. The hotel has 4 people at the desk working so the line literally took 2 or 3 minutes to get through. Very nice job by the manager to make sure there was sufficient staff. The suite was clean and roomy.

  A little tough to see the signs for the hotel so missed the entrance and had to drive around the block.

  Ideal location, friendly staff. SOme minor problems occurred but were fixed or at least no charges applyed to unsatisfactory services. Which was nice and very smart. Small but always open business room free of charge.

  Room a little bit uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better. WiFi very slow in the room.

  The staff were great, very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was very good value for money. The suite was a great size for us, with 2 big tv, all the channels, free WiFi and express checkout. We would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Toronto.
